This page exists to offer clarity around my current rates and working structure.
Because each project is different, the pricing below should be understood as a baseline for conversation, not always a fixed quote. Select projects are accepted on a concept-led or editorial basis, and rates, scope, timeline, and usage may vary.
Final deliverables are shaped by pacing, collaboration, and the nature of the work rather than rigid image quotas.
Unless otherwise stated, the rates listed below apply to on-location sessions within the Charleston area.
Studio sessions are available upon request and may require additional coordination, rental, or setup fees depending on the scope of the project.
When applicable, these costs will be discussed and approved before booking. South Carolina sales tax will be added where required.
Travel outside of the immediate area may incur additional fees.
Studio sessions may include the use of seamless background paper.
Use of seamless background paper is subject to a $25 paper pull charge per color, reflecting material use and studio preparation.
Clients are encouraged to discuss their background preferences in advance to enable appropriate planning.

Final galleries contain the strongest photographer-selected images from the session. Unedited files and RAW files are not delivered. Additional retouching or image requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Portrait-session galleries include personal-use rights, allowing clients to download, share, and print their images. Copyright remains with the photographer. Business, advertising, publication, resale, and other commercial uses require prior written permission and may involve additional licensing fees.
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve a session date. The remaining balance is due before the session.
Final galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Galleries remain available for 30 days, and clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability. Cancellations, late arrivals, weather-related changes, and rescheduling are governed by the signed session agreement.
When needed, scope, pacing, or deliverables may be adjusted to create an approach that respects both the project’s budget and the value of the work.
Budget conversations are most productive when introduced early. Sliding scale, editorial consideration, or special circumstances are offered intentionally and on a case-by-case basis.
Share a little about yourself, the kind of session you’re considering, and any ideas already taking shape. I’ll follow up to confirm availability, refine the scope, and recommend the best approach for your project.
